Every yard prices differently, so we do not quote over the phone or by chat. Square footage, slope, drainage, what is there now and how much base work it needs all move the number. Someone comes out, measures, and gives you a written estimate. That visit is free and there is no pressure attached to it.

Yes. There are no pesticides and no fertilizer, nothing to mow, and no bare muddy patches to track through the house. Pet areas are built to drain and can be rinsed down with a hose.

Water passes through the turf backing into the compacted base underneath and drains away, the same way it would through a lawn. That is why the base is most of the work: an install that drains properly does not puddle, and one that does not was never going to be fixed by the grass on top.

Turf in full sun does warm up more than a natural lawn, the way a patio does. Shade, watering it down, and where the yard sits all make a difference, and the estimator will tell you straight what to expect on your particular lot.

No mowing, no watering to keep it green, no seeding, no brown season. Most yards need an occasional rinse and a brush-up in the high traffic spots. We also clean and refresh turf, including turf somebody else installed.

Yes. Irrigation is the largest part of most Austin water bills in summer, and a turf lawn needs none of it to stay green. Customers commonly see their outdoor use drop by around half.
