What this site collects, why, and how to have it deleted. Short, because there is not much of it.
Verde Turf & Outdoors runs this site to show our work and to let you ask us for an estimate. This page describes everything it collects. If something below is not what you expected, call us at 512-750-2150 and we will sort it out.
What we collect when you contact us
The estimate form and the chat widget ask for your name, phone number, email address, the property’s city or address, and whatever you tell us about the job. We collect this because it is what an estimate needs. It goes into our own scheduling and quoting system, on our own server.
We also record which page you were on when you got in touch, so we know whether you came from a service page, a project, or a search. Nothing else about your visit is attached to your enquiry.
What we collect from everyone
We use Plausible Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. It records the page, the referring site, the country, and the type of device. It does not record your IP address, does not set a cookie, and cannot follow you to another website. There is no advertising or retargeting code anywhere on this site.
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare sees the request that performs that check.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Not to anyone, ever.
- We do not run advertising trackers, pixels, or third-party cookies.
- We do not text or email you marketing you did not ask for. If we message you, it is about your estimate or your job.
Photographs of your property
Our crews photograph work in progress and completed installs. A photo appears on this site’s gallery only with the property owner’s agreement, and when it does it is published with the city and the type of work only - never a street address, never a customer’s name. Location data is stripped from every image before it is published.
How long we keep things
Enquiries, quotes, jobs and invoices are kept as business records for as long as we are required to keep them. Chat transcripts are deleted after 90 days.
Text messages
If we text you about a job or an estimate, you can reply STOP at any time and we will stop immediately. Standard message and data rates apply.
Having your information deleted
Email contact@verdeturf.com or call 512-750-2150 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete what we are not required to keep, and we will not make you explain why.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page. Substantive changes will be dated here.
