These terms cover this website. The work we do for you is covered by the estimate you sign, which is the document that actually governs the job. Where the two differ, your signed estimate wins.

Estimates and prices

Prices shown on this site are illustrative. A real price comes from a site visit, because the base preparation, drainage, access and square footage are what determine cost, and none of those can be judged from a photograph. An estimate we send you is valid for the period stated on it.

Photographs and copy

The photographs on this site are of work Verde Turf & Outdoors performed. They are our property, and so is the text. Please do not republish them as your own.

Product photographs supplied by manufacturers remain the property of those manufacturers.

What the site does not promise

We keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete or current at every moment. Turf products, warranty terms and promotional offers change. The terms that apply to your job are the ones on your estimate on the day you sign it, not the ones a page happened to show.

The promotional offer

Any promotion advertised on this site applies to the dates shown on it, to new installations, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so in writing. We will honour a promotion for anyone who booked while it was running.

Warranty

Turf carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and our workmanship carries ours. Both are stated on your estimate. A warranty claim starts with a phone call to 512-750-2150.
